This is a Product Review for the pre-workout supplement: GNC AMP NO Loaded.
Now, if you’re striving to achieve the best body possible, you’re probably looking for every edge you can get when you workout. This means you’re probably already taking or researching some of the more popular pre-workout supplements. The below information is just a word of caution for one of the newer pre-workout supps they’re selling at GNC: GNC AMP NO Loaded
GNC AMP NO Loaded did what it claims to do. After about 10 minutes of slamming this pre-workout, I was bouncing off the walls and had one of the most intense workouts i’ve ever had. My energy was up, my vascularity was high and I was feeling great. However, I have to hesitate to recommend this product to anyone for one reason – IT’S HIGH CAFFEINE CONTENT!
In-case you’re someone who doesn’t read labels, this pre-workout supplement has a whopping 400mg of caffeine in one scoop!
Be careful when taking AMP NO Loaded and follow the label carefully. 400mg of caffeine is alot!
Just for comparison a 16 oz can of Rockstar has 160mg of caffeine. It is generally agreed upon in the medical community that consuming 300mg of caffeine per day is OK. So downing 400mg pre-workout plus any other caffeinated beverages you may consume (like coffee or energy drinks) could be dangerous, or at the least, affect your sleep which could start to affect other things.
