Simple, healthy protein pancake recipe. This protein pancake recipe is low in calories and fat, and very high in protein – over 50g of protein in this pancake! Great for any kind of diet. Cook along with with video, or just follow the directions below.
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4c oat flour
- 1 scoop whey protein
- cinnamon to taste
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well to form batter.
- Cover all areas of fry pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Pour batter into pan.
- Cook pancake on med heat approx. 5 minutes (or until fully cooked) flipping the pancake over at about the 2.5 minute mark.
- Apply your favorite topping (fresh fruit, sugar-free syrup are my favorites)
