One can argue against the 1:1 protein to carbs ratio and might prefer a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio, but the fact is, After Max supplies your body with a high amount of protein, ample amount of carbs, creatine, and glutamine that supports muscle growth and allows your body fast recovery. The one negative aspect of the product that I have found is that it is only 20 servings. With the price ranging from $35-$45 per tub, you are looking at $1.75- $2.25 per shake.
