MusclePharm posted a shoulder workout on 5/11/12. I completed the MusclePharm shoulder workout in its entirety and recorded it below. Throughout the workout I present my thoughts on the flow of the workout, the exercises performed, and my overall opinion of the workout. I definitely recommend this workout if you’ve ever wondered how do I get big shoulders. It was a great routine to spice things up a bit and really shock my shoulders.
One of the best parts about the workout is that it is full of compound movements that also work other muscle groups as well.
