Full Video Workout: The 20/10 Quick Hitter | Blast your Chest, Back, Arms & Lungs!

Blast your chest, back, arms and lungs with the 20/10 quick hitter – a SixPackSmackdown.com original workout.  This 24-minute body-weight only workout will have you begging for mercy!

The Routine

Simply perform 20 push-ups immediately followed by 10 pull-ups and then take a one minute rest.  Repeat for 10-12 sets.  Below is a video of Luke completing all 12 sets…barely….
