I recently tried out “The Best Ab Workout Ever” published by Men’s Health Magazine. This was a decent workout and I definitely felt my abs being hit from different angles than I was used to. It does not contain traditional crunches which was pretty nice as I was able to work my abs and core with some new moves. Personally I felt the routine to be a little too easy (and I even did the Level III version). I would recommend this workout to someone looking to strengthen their abs/core who is more of a beginner. If you’re advanced and already have a strong core and six pack abs, I would do 2-3 rounds of the routine instead of just one if you really want to feel the burn.
