PowerBar Harvest Energy Double Chocolate Crisp Protein Bar Review

Below is a review on the PowerBar Harvest Energy Double Chocolate Crisp Protein Bar.  This is actually one of my go-to bars when I need a healthy snack and I’m out on the road.  I know which gas stations stock this bar and where to get one whenever I need it.  It only has 10g of protein, but it’s packed with oats making it more of an energy bar with protein, rather than just simply a protein bar.  Therefore if you’re looking for a high protein bar to help meet your protein requirements for the day, this bar is not for you.  But if you need a great tasting bar that will provide you with sustained energy and some protein, it’s a great option, and again, I eat these all the time!
