Here’s a recipe for the easiest barbecued chicken breast you’ve ever prepared. It’s so easy it’s not even really a recipe, more like a tip or technique you can use to get a perfect barbecued chicken breast every time!
- 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2Tbsp BBQ Sauce
Thaw the chicken completely in microwave or fridge. Put bbq sauce in a ziplock bag. Add chicken and squeeze out the air. Mash it all around and let sit in the fridge at least 4 hours – overnight is best. Cook on the grill, bake in the oven or fry in a pan.
Just add up the calories from your chicken + 1Tbsp of your bbq sauce.
