The hot trend today in working out, bodybuilding and athletics in-genreal is the use of a preworkout supplement.  As we all know, most pre-workout supplements usually contain high levels of caffeine.  The question we have to ask ourselves is “Is the amount of caffeine in preworkout supplements really worth it and beneficial?”  And can caffeine increase your bench press max?? Or is it all a bunch of smoke and mirrors and a waste of our hard-earned money?

We know caffeine gives us that boost of energy during a workout, but if you keep asking yourself “How can I increase my bench press max” it’s worth investigating whether or not the proper dose of caffeine could really increase your bench max.  Our friends over on the ABB Performance Blog tested various levels of caffeine consumption and related it back to bench max.  Click here to see what they discovered and a supplement that could help you reach a new best!
