Great workout from USPlabs Back, Biceps, Core Blast. I performed this workout and it left me with a pretty good pump. The workout starts off focusing on the core and back, and then moves into a biceps circuit and really puts your arms to work. I like that the workout included deadlifts (a very important core/lower back lift). The workout includes two types of pull-ups as well, which is a very beneficial exercise to work multiple muscle groups. The drag curls in the bicep circuit were killer. Definitely pushing me to the edge and helping to attain a great pump. Great workout! Dumbbell Pullovers- 2sets/ 12 reps
Deadlift – 3 sets/ 6 reps
Wide Grip Pull-ups 4 sets/ 6 reps
One Arm Rows- 3 sets/ 6 reps
Bicep Circuit:
*Pull-ups 6 reps (weighted if needed)
*Standing Barbell Curl 12 reps
*Drag Curl 12 reps
*3 bicep exercises performed as a circuit for three times through the circuit*
Zottman curls – 3 sets/ 12 reps
