P90X Fat Shredder Meal – Quick Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad

Here is a quick, healthy recipe for a southwest grilled chicken salad that you can make in a pinch.  It includes no fancy ingredients and can be prepped in about 10 minutes.  I eat this on a regular basis and thought i’d share it with everyone as a quick and healthy lunch that’s easily transported to work or eaten at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 Grilled Chicken Breast – seasoned to taste
  • 1/2 can corn
  • 1/4c black beans
  • Lettuce
  • 2T of western or french dressing

 

Mix it all together
