The amount of strawberry is perfect, and the protein mixes up very smoothly whether I mixed it in just water, with milk, in my oatmeal, or to make protein ice cream. With the taste, and the combination of different protein sources, I highly recommend this protein. Each scoop contains 190 calories, 23g protein, and 6g fat. The only downfall I see with this protein powder is the slightly elevated fat content. If you can afford yourself those extra couples grams of fat, you won’t be disappointed.
