A quick, easy, and high protein healthy crab meat sandwich recipe. Hearty, toasted whole grain bread makes the perfect complement for this easy-to-prepare crabmeat salad sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 Imitation Crab Legs
- 2 tsp fat free cream cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp fat free mayo
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, onion (or other spices) to taste
Directions
- Put bread in the toaster
- Finely chop the crabmeat, place in a bowl and set aside
- In a small dish mix remaining ingredients until smooth
- Mix crabmeat and the sauce together in the larger bowl, put on the toast.
