EAS Myoplex 30 Protein Bar contains a ridiculous 30 grams of protein per bar. A quick and easy way to take in a good chunk of your daily protein. This bar was chocolate peanut butter flavor, and the taste was great. I compared it to a special k bar, or a scotcharoo. The bar contains numerous vitamins and minerals, and 8 B vitamins.On the flip side, this bar contains 10 grams of fat, 350 calories, and 26 grams of sugar, all of which are pretty high.
