Healthy Jalapeno, Bacon, Cheddar & Garlic Loaded Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for jalapeno, bacon, cheddar & garlic loaded mashed potatoes!  These mashed potatoes are a perfect side dish for chicken, pork, or anything really.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Can Whole White Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Imitation Bacon Bits
  • Jalapeno to taste
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic

Directions

  1. Blend milk, garlic, jalapeno in the magic bullet.
  2. Add potatoes and whip in blender
  3. Spoon into bowl
  4. top with bacon bits and cheese, microwave until hot and melted

 

About 130 calories and 1/2g fat and 4g protein
