MuscleTech recommends trying this sleeve splitting arm routine to add size and thickness to your bi’s and tri’s. I recently completed this MuscleTech Build Bigger Arms Workout one of several muscletech workouts they have posted. This workout consisted of various exercises focusing on building bigger biceps and building bigger triceps. My heavy weight used, and the suggested lower rep range are both conducive to building strength and mass.
This was a pretty decent arm routine. I particularly enjoyed the concentration curls and the hammer curls. And as if those weren’t enough curls, the workout takes you through 7 sets of preacher curls followed by 3 sets of dips at the end to finish off. My arms were pretty well pumped up by the end of the workout, and I really liked the suggested rep range of 6-8 reps per set. As an added bonus to my “PUMP,” I downed 2 scoops of MuscleTech’s NeuroCore preworkout supplement prior to my workout.
The workout:
- Standing EZ-bar curls 4 sets/ 6-8 reps
- Triceps Extensions 4 sets/ 6-8 reps
- Hammer Curls 4 sets/ 6-8 reps
- Rope Triceps Press 3 sets/ 6-8 reps
- Concentration Curls 3 sets/ 6-8 reps
- Dumbbell Preacher Curls 7 sets/ 5-7 reps
- Dips- 3 sets- to Failure
