Having a plethora of healthy snack ideas is a great way to ensure you’re always eating healthy and enjoying doing so. This is one of my go-to late-night snacks. It’s really easy, has great texture and made from ingredients I almost always have around the house and also use in different recipes. Quite simply, all you do is slice up a banana into a bowl, top it with a low-sugar granola, and then pour some almond milk over it and eat it like cereal. You get a healthy serving of fruit, whole grain from the granola and some vitamins and minerals from the almond milk. Best part is it only takes a minute to prepare.
