MusclePharm Fat Burning Workout 5-10-15 Method

Holy cow! The MusclePharm Fat Burning Workout (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups 15 body squats 20 sets), a Crossfit style, body-weight only Workout from @Musclepharmpres, is an intense blast of cardio and power in a short period of time!  I can’t remember the last time I breathed this heavy!  It’s definitely as hard as it sounds.  I completed the entire 20 sets in 17:13 and I hardly took any breaks (maybe 5-10 seconds at a time).  Definitely a must-try!  I had to watch my kids when I did this workout, so I wasn’t able to go out into the garage. If you have a door-way pull-up bar, it gives you no excuse not to workout when you can’t hit the gym!



Complete the following 20 times and shoot for 20 minutes or less.

  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 body squats
