Tropical Peach Mango Protein Smoothie / Sherbet + Energy Recipe

This tropical smoothie is just plain awesome.  Not only does it taste awesome, it contains 80mg of caffeine for that pick-me-up you may be needing in the afternoon.  Using the best of the best for protein: 100% Gold Standard Whey Tropical Punch from Optimum Nutrition, this smoothie is packed with protein, low on calories and has a huge flavor.  Best part of it is that it’s really easy to make.  The shake will have 260 calories, 1g fat, 37g protein!


Ingredients:

  • 1c plain yogurt
  • 1/4c milk
  • 1 scoop Tropical Punch Whey
  • 3/4 stick crystal light peach mango + energy
  • Ice

Directions

Blend Yogurt, milk and crystal light.  Add protein and blend again.  Add ice until you get your desired consistency
