Complete Nutrition Pro Complete V-Core Review – Protein Powder

This is a Complete Nutrition Pro Complete V-Core Review – Protein Powder.  I recently got a buy-one-get-one free deal on this protein powder so I’ve been taking it for the past two months.  Overall I have been pretty happy with this protein powder.  I got the chocolate flavor.  It was a little lighter in chocolate flavor than other chocolate protein powders I have tried, but still tasted great.  I did need a ball whisk in the bottom of my cup to make it mix up with no chunks, but after that it was smooth.  It has 20g protein, 120 calories and 2g fat per scoop.  It’s sustained release so the protein begins digesting right away and lasts for up to 8 hours.  It also contains glutamine and BCAAs.

V-CORE™ ProComplete™ was developed with a precise ratio of 3 protein sources, each with different absorption rates. This allows V-CORE™ to continually provide your body with a source of high-quality protein and amino acids for maximum muscle recovery.*

  • Prolonged Absorption Protein Matrix*
  • Bioavailable, High Absorption Efficiency*
  • Multi-Functional Muscle Energy & Recovery*

SUGGESTED USE: Add 1 level scoop (30.25g) to 4-5 oz. of cold water, juice or milk. Double your serving (2 level scoops with 8-10 oz. of cold water, juice or milk) to double your Protein (40g), Amino Acid (41g) & Glutamine (6.64g) intake. For more thickness, blend with ice cubes or adjust mixing amounts to taste. To be use as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical exercise and a proper diet.
