The Routine:
Perform the entire circuit between 1 and 3 times depending on your fitness level. Take a 1 minute break in between circuits.
- Elbow to knee crunches – 25 reps
- Oblique Sit-ups – 25 each side
- Paddle Kicks – 25 reps
- Plank Kicks – 25 reps
- The Kayak – 25 reps
