SmackDown Floor Abs – A full ab workout for six pack abs

Smackdown Floor Abs is an original, full ab workout from SixPackSmackdown.com that will target your abs and core from all angles!  This routine is intended to create a big time burn as we will be completing 450 total moves!  Below you will see two videos. The first one is the entire routine and the second one quickly goes through the moves if you don’t want to watch the entire thing. The Routine:

Perform the entire circuit between 1 and 3 times depending on your fitness level.  Take a 1 minute break in between circuits.

  1. Elbow to knee crunches – 25 reps
  2. Oblique Sit-ups – 25 each side
  3. Paddle Kicks – 25 reps
  4. Plank Kicks – 25 reps
  5. The Kayak – 25 reps
