I recently tested and reviewed New Whey Liquid Protein and it was pretty awesome (not to mention it contained 42g of protein). Since it is a liquid, I thought why not create a smoothie and make it not only healthy, but jam packed with protein. Below is a pretty decent smoothie recipe using the Acai Berry flavor of New Whey Liquid Protein. It ended up a little sweet, but overall, I’d drink it again and again.
Instructions:
Mix 1 vile acai berry liquid protein with 1c milk and ice – blend
