Fat Burner Workout @Musclepharmpres: Â I recently completed the MusclePharm Fat Burner Workout II (I call it #2 because they posted two different ones with the same name). Â Let me tell you it was pretty brutal. Â It appears they designed it in such a way where for the first 30 minutes you get your heart rate steadily up and get yourself into the fat burning zone, then you hit the pull-up bar, push-ups and body squats to hit the muscles harder. Â I almost lost my lunch on this one and would definitely recommend it as the only equipment needed is a jumprope and a pull-up bar.
Run 3 minutes at 6% incline on the treadmill
Jump rope 3 minutes
5 sets
Pullups (pull-downs if you cant do pullups)
As many reps as possible in a 4 minute time frame
Pushups
As many reps as possible in a 4 minute time frame
Body Squats
As many reps as possible in a 4 minute time frame
