This is a recipe for a low fat protein smoothie. I call it the Incredible Hulk protein smoothie (it turns green). The final product contains about 270 calories, 2g fat, 38g protein. Definitely a low fat/high protein option for a meal or healthy snack. If you like pistachio pudding, you have got to try this smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1/2cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1tbsp stevia
- 2 1/2 tbsp Fat free, sugar free, pistachio pudding mix
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ice for desired thickness
put all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth
