I recently read an article containing a Phil Heath interview. (for those of you who don’t know, he is the 2011 Mr. Olympia)Â Â In the article he talked about how he focuses on mainly incline exercises for chest, believing that he can build more chest muscle performing the incline exercises as opposed to flat bench.
I decided to take the advice of one of the best bodybuilders in the world, and create a chest workout focusing mainly on Incline exercises. In fact, every exercise performed in this workout is done at an incline. I enjoyed the workout, and got a good pump in my chest, and a great upper chest workout.
Incline Bench Press: 12, 8, 6, 3-4, 1-2, reps, increasing weight with each set
Incline Flyes: 4 sets/ 6-10 reps

Incline Bench Press:135lbs to failure superset with incline pushups to failure-4sets
