MusclePharm recently posted this arm routine. It’s like no other arm workout i have ever tried. This bicep and tricep workout implemented rep ranges and exercises that I was not used to. The number of reps they had me perform was definitely conducive to building volume in your arms.
This routine took me by surprise! After the first super set of EZ Bar curls and 28 Method Arm Curls, i was already toast. I had to drop the weight in order to complete the entire workout and by the end I was ready to just roll over and die. Again MusclePharm delivered with this arms workout and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a change of pace. Your arms will be sore for a while!
