MusclePharm Cardio / Bodyweight Workout

The MusclePharm cardio / bodyweight workout will tax your lungs and muscles.  In this workout you’ll perform 7 to 10 5 minute runs, and do somewhere between 70 and 100 pull-ups, 210 – 300 push-ups and sit-ups!  It starts off seeming pretty easy, but by the 6th run, you’ll notice you really start to slow down.  This workout was a nice change of pace for me.  I performed it on a Sunday evening after I had been outside in the sun all day.  I didn’t want something that was going to be too strenuous and this workout was perfect.  It was heavier in running and lighter in the power moves.  Definitely give it a try.  The combination of running and power moves is pretty effective at burning fat and breaks up the workout nicely.
