This is a Leg Workout from MusclePharm. I had to make a little adaptation based on the equipment I have, but this was a great workout, nonetheless. The workout consisted of a sets and rep combo that I have not attempted before, but I actually enjoyed it. High number of sets and very low reps. Lots of heavy squats and deadlifts (my favorite), and a superset to finish it off. Follow along with the video, or you can view all the sets/reps listed below.
Squat
8 sets of 2 reps
Dead-lift
6 sets of 1 rep
Barbell Lunges
5 sets of 5 reps
Tri-set
Leg extensions 20 reps (I substituted Phantom Chair sit 45 seconds)
Hamstring curls 20 reps (I substituted Straight-Leg Deadlift 12 reps)
Sled drag backwards 100-200 feet (I did not have anything to substitute)
