The MusclePharm Bench Dip Your Arms To Death Workout, again, is no joke. I believe I performed 600 bench dips along with 300 curls! My arms were extremely sore the next day and I typically don’t get that sore following my workouts. It was a great change of pace and definitely recommended if you’re looking for a bicep and tricep circuit workout.
