Quick Chest workout that incorporates a couple different techniques including rest-pause, and supersets. This workout took a total of 30 minutes, focusing mainly on incline exercises. Complete list of exercises/sets/reps as well as a video of the entire workout is below.
Barbell Incline Bench Press: 3 sets of 8-10 using rest-pause method
Incline Flyes: 3 sets of 8-12, after each set of flyes do incline db presses to failure
flat bench DB press: 3 sets of 8-12, superset with weighted crunches
