This healthy onion rings recipe will definitely satisfy your onion ring cravings without the grease and fat. We will only use three ingredients: Egg Whites, Onions and Fat Free Croutons for a snack that is under 50 calories.
Ingredients:
- 1 Onion
- 3/4c Fat Free Croutons (flavor of your choice)
- 1 Egg White
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven to 400
- Cut Onion into slices then pull apart into rings
- Drench each ring in egg white then coat with bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet
- Bake until golden brown
