26 Minute Legs Workout

This is a quick leg workout. I wanted to shorten things up a bit, since it was about 9,000,000 degrees in my garage, but didn’t want to cut out too much so I came up with this Leg Routine.


Back Squats: 2 warm up sets, then 2 sets of 4-6 reps/failure

Box Squats: 2 sets 8-10 reps

Front Squats: 2 sets 8-10 reps

Superset:
Straight-Leg Deadlift 2 sets 8-12 reps
Toe Raises: 2 sets 20 reps
