These banana protein muffins are very easy to make and virtually FAT-FREE. They are so low in calories, a person could eat two or three of them for a snack and still be under 200 calories! Taste great, Low Fat, and high in protein. Excellent recipe to make a batch of muffins and keep on hand for a healthy snack. ONLY 60 calories, 1/3g fat, 7g protein per muffin!
2 medium bananas
5 egg whites
1/2cup plain Fat free yogurt
3/4 cup oats
2 scoops vanilla protein
1/2 cup stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
blend all ingredients in blender, and pour into 12 muffin cups, cook for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees…. enjoy!
