Compound Exercise Workout


I have been focusing on strength lately as I have set two new goals for myself - Squat 425 and Clean 315.  To help me reach these goals, I have decided to focus 3 days per week to strength and two days to more CrossFit style metcons and "auxillary" squatting.  Today's workout was as follows:

Power Snatch + PS/OHS + Power Snatch
135/135/155/155/165/175/185/185

Back Squat  5x5 @ 325#

Giant Set for 5 Sets
20 Bench Press @ 150#
5 Barbell Rows @ 235#

50 Cannonball pull-ups
50 Dog Bone pull-ups

EMOM 10 Dead Lilft  315x3 (+ 40# chains)

Lunge University

100 with 40# vest
100 bodyweight
