Cornbread Protein Pancakes Recipe


These Cornbread Protein Pancakes are the perfect item for for a lazy Sunday morning.  Packed with protein, these cornbread pancakes are not only delicious, nutritious, and low in fat, but also packed with protein and can also be made gluten free if you so desire.  

Topping these bad boys with some natural honey is also a great way to enjoy these cornbread pancakes without consuming too much extra artificial sugar.

Cornbread Protein Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 cup corn flour
  • 1/8 cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 stevia packet

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl
  2. Stir until smooth 
  3. Drop 1/4c of batter into your sprayed pan
  4. Flip
  5. Cover with honey or eat plain
