CrossFit Workout with Sled Drags


Today it was blistering hot outside - right around 90 degrees with heavy humidity.  So being a former wrestler I thought it sounded like a good time to do some sled pushes outside.  The workout was brutal and reminded me of the days when I'd run in sweatshirts and sweatpants trying to eek out those last few tenths for weigh-ins. the only difference was this time I was fully hydrated and 40lbs heavier.

Here was my CrossFit workout with Sled Drags

1. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Bench Press @ Bodyweight (200#)
Each set is followed by 10 pull-ups
Time: 9:48

2. EMOM 10 - 1 Back Squat @ 345#

3. 5x5 Overhead Squats Climbing - last set was @ 145#

4. 10 Rounds
40yd Sled drag in the grass (Rogue dog sled 2.0 with 45# plate)
~150m jog
First 5 rounds 10 TTB
Last 5 rounds 5 Power Clean @ 175#
