I saw this bicep routine from CT Fletcher posted on Facebook, and it looks nasty.  In the CT Fletcher Build Bigger and Badder Biceps Routine you're going to be doing 500 reps of bicep work - that's enough to make any veins pop and end up with a bad case of swoliosis.

  • Low Cable Hammer Curls: 10x10
  • Standing EZ Bar Curls: 10x10
  • Standing Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 10x20
  • Seated Ez Bar Preacher Curls: 10x10
  • Standing Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 10x10
