Healthy Imitation Crab Meat Sandwich Recipe

A quick, easy, and high protein healthy crab meat sandwich recipe. Hearty, toasted whole grain bread makes the perfect complement for this easy-to-prepare crabmeat salad sandwich.


  • 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 Imitation Crab Legs
  • 2 tsp fat free cream cheese
  • 1-2 Tbsp fat free mayo
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, onion (or other spices) to taste


  1. Put bread in the toaster
  2. Finely chop the crabmeat, place in a bowl and set aside
  3. In a small dish mix remaining ingredients until smooth
  4. Mix crabmeat and the sauce together in the larger bowl, put on the toast.
