4 Ingredient Protein Pancakes Recipe

I like easy - like 4 ingredients protein pancake recipes. Anything over 4 ingredients and I need to mentally prepare for the recipe...that and spend $50 at the store buying obscure ingredients I'll never use - this recipe is EASY.

I'll be honest.  If a recipe has more than 4 ingredients it turns me off - I don't always have all the weird ingredients on-hand, and by the time I run to the store and buy everything it costs me about $50 to make a muffin.  This easy protein pancake recipe solves that problem and provides a simple way to make some protein pancakes with only 5 ingredients.  Your welcome.


  • ¾ cup egg whites
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 scoop protein powder


Mix everything in a bowl until smooth - put it in a pan and make like normal pancakes
