Dumbbell Preacher Curl
3 sets of 10-12 with :45 rest between sets

Incline Dumbbell Curls With Twist
3 sets of: 6 reps per arm, 5 sec twist at the bottom, 4 more reps

Barbell Curls
3 sets of 10-12 reps with :45 rest between sets

High Cable Curls
3 sets of 18-25 reps with :45 rest between sets
