April 17, 2017 - Varsity Off Season Wrestling Workout

Since most of you high schoolers have the day off from school, here is your workout for today.  Use a pull-up bar you have at home, jog to the nearest park and use the swing set bar, or use the rafters in your garage.  Any way you can, get it done.


Find an object  (a rock, a log) 20-40 lbs
Run 1 mile while holding this object

then...

125 pull-ups
75 situps
325 Walking Lunges
