I'm a Physical Therapist Assistant in a nursing home. Mother of two little boys with Fragile X syndrome. Happily married. Been with my husband in total 18 years. I have recently lost 53 lbs doing low carb and exercising my butt off. Now I'm looking to get into really good shape doing P90X. I have the original version. Just started the other day. I'm very excited about it. I have a lot of willpower. Except when it comes to my one cup of coffee a day. That's my only indulgence. I'm enjoying the muscle soreness I am getting from the workouts already. I honestly remembered them being harder. But I was really fat then. Just glad to be eating clean and getting good workouts in.
