The dumbbell workout programs are designed to be done in your home with minimal equipment. All you should need is 2 to 4 dumbbells, a clock and your best effort. The workouts should last 55 minutes (sometimes less). If you just can't make it to the gym and don't have space or money for gym equipment in your garage, these workouts are for you.
The dumbbell-only workout programs can be performed in any order. Each program is designed for 4 weeks, but feel free to mix and match meaning do a full week of program 1, and then a full week of program 2.
