SixPack Jacked: Maintenance Workouts

Living the #JackedLife  takes a mindset like no other.  However, it is inevitable that life will get in the way from time to time.  Once you're a jacked freight train you can get by with a "maintenance mode" workout now and then.  Meaning you get up a few minutes earlier, crush a quick workout and then go about your business.

Workout 1 (30 Min)

Pause Back Squats
Quickly work-up to a heavy double

3 Set Superset
8 Barbell Rows
12 Incline Dumbbell Press

3 Set Superset
Max Rep Pull-Ups
Diamond Push-Ups

Jump Rope with any time you have remaining

Workout 2 (body weight only / 30 min)

Every Minute for 30 Minutes
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Body Squats
