4 Week Kettlebell Workout Program



This workout program is short, sweet and simple.  It assumes you have a short amount of time per day to actually workout and only have access to a kettlebell.  Simply perform this circuit for 30 minutes continuously 3-4 times per week for 4 weeks.

4 Week Kettlebell Workout Program

Perform the following circuit for 30 minutes non-stop for 3-4 times per week

  • Kettlebell Deadlift: 10 reps
  • PushUps: 10 reps
  • Kettlebell High Pull: 10 reps
  • Push Ups: 10 reps
  • Two Handed Kettlebell Swing: 10 reps
  • Push Ups: 10 reps
  • Goblet Squats: 12 reps
  • Push Ups: 10 reps
  • Goblet Squats: 12 reps
