Prepare to get stronger than you have ever been with the 12-week SixPack Strength Workout Program. This program will mainly focus on 3 different rep schemes for building massive strength. We will be using 5x5, 5x3 and Pyramid sets along with some other rep schemes for accessory work.
This program will be light on conditioning and heavy on HEAVY LIFTING. We will also be taking 2-3 rest days per week as the goal of this program is strength gain.
