Today was a beast of a workout from CoryGFitness. It was GetStacked 53 - Thursday and it included some heavy pause front squats and then some German Volume Training style supersets.
This workout was brutal. It seemed like Cory threw every exercise in the book at us and made us do 100 reps of each. We hit chest from a few angles, traps, biceps and triceps. I'm not going to lie, it was a total grind and I was happy just to finish!
