415 Back Squat + Cleans Workout

I really wasn't feeling the best today but it had to be done.  Squat heavy and hit a weight I have not hit in nearly 2 years.  Today's workout was quick and dirty.  It has been following my low-volume heavy protocol of 1-2 heavy lifts per workout with low volumes, and then my lunges, abs and maintenance circuit.

Here was my Back Squat and Cleans Workout today;

Back Squat - triples up to a 415 Single

Cleans  6x2 Power Cleans @ 245

400 Lunges

4 Rounds
25 Ab Wheels
10 Dog Bone Pull-Ups
10 Plate Raises
