Today was supposed to be my off day. However, I still felt like getting a little workout in. So to make today somewhat of a rest day, I refrained from lifting heavy weights, and came up with a bodyweight only workout. The workout is pretty simple. I chose 5 exercises and completed 100 reps of each. I started out with pull-ups since I knew they would be the most challenging for me. I didn't have any rules as to what type of grip to use, just complete 100 reps any way I could. Next was 100 reps of bench dips. Then 100 inverted rows. These were pretty taxing on my biceps and forearms as well as my back. Next I completed 100 dips. (this is where I actually used some weights, my first set was with a 45lb plate, then the rest were body weight). And to finish the workout I did 100 push-ups. For the push-ups, go ahead and do wide grip, narrow, diamond, standard, or clapping pushups if you want, just do 100 of them. The workout is pretty much a quick total upper body workout. It was a nice workout for my "rest" day.
