This workout is called Steve's Mass Blast. I found this bicep workout at posted at davedraper.com I have no idea who Steve is. I have, however, heard of Dave Draper. He was a former Mr. Universe, Mr. America, and Mr. World. He even toured with Arnold too! A legendary bodybuilder from back in the day, who now is involved in different magazine publishings, and public appearances. So based on his credentials, and the fact that the workout looked pretty good, and different from any I have done before, I decided to give it a try.
The workout involved a ton of sets and reps of CURLS. Curl and curl I destroyed my biceps. I liked the fact we included standing barbell curl (should be a staple in a bicep workout), and incline DB curls is one of my favorite bicep exercises. My biceps were pumped up after this workout, and I could feel it for a couple days after. Great Workout!
